Tibet remains one of the most interesting Monastic Snowland, remote and undeveloped parts of the world, situated at an average elevation of 5,000m (16,000ft.) above sea level. Its limited facilities for tourists are only now approaching a reasonable standard. A trip to Tibet is not for the faint hearted; the traveling can be hard, adventurous and often unpredictable. Due to Tibet's high altitude travelers with a history of heart, lung or anemia problems should consult a doctor before even thinking about a visit. Visitors should also understand before taking this trip that Tibet was only opened to tourism 19 years ago. The infrastructure of the Tourist industry is still very basic in this remote country. Please do not expect the standards you are accustomed to in the West. However, every effort will be made under the circumstances to ensure a smooth and pleasant trip.

Itinerary
Day 1, Fly Kathmandu to Lhasa orientation and afternoon acclimatization
Day 2, Morning tour of Jokhang temple and barkhor street afternoon tour of sera Monastery
Day 3, Morning tour of Potala palace afternoon tour of draping Monastery
Day 4, Morning tour of Norba Linka place Tibetan museum Tibetan medical center afternoon free to explore the charms of the city on your own.
Day 5, Transfer to airport to fly to Kathmandu
