Firstly, he worked as a trekking guide and with the great experiences more than 12 years in guiding field; he realised to do something in Travel and Tourism sector. So, he established this company with the motive of sustainable development of tourism in Nepal. After establishing this company, he have got good knowledge of organizing and operating tours, treks, mountaineering, documentary filming and a research project.
